2. Who Can Use This App

This app is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. What Data We Collect

We may collect:

Email address or login details (if you sign up)

App usage data (e.g. how often you use breathing tools)

Emotional input or self-reported feelings

Device information (e.g. model, OS version)

IP address (for analytics/security)

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover such data, it will be deleted.

How to Request Data Deletion

Please include the email address associated with your account (if applicable) and a request for your data to be deleted. We will review and process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the services of the Breathing Buddy app.

Account & Profile Data: Retained for as long as your account remains active. If your account is completely inactive for 12 consecutive months, we will automatically delete your data.

Usage Data & Analytics: Retained in an aggregated or anonymised format for a maximum of 2 months to help us analyse trends and improve app performance.

Support Communications: Retained for up to 90 days after your support query is resolved to ensure proper follow-up.

If you request that your data be deleted via the process outlined below, we will securely delete your personal data within 30 days of receiving your request, unless legal requirements obligate us to retain it longer.
